Marketing Manager EU
Reporting to the Marketing Director Global Exports, we are looking for a solid marketing professional for the following
Job Description:
- Collaborate with CBD managers to achieve yearly Business Targets of the European Business Unit;
- Develop Qualiko Brand Marketing strategy for the EU market in collaboration with central marketing team;
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and develop action plans;
- Identify optimal Portfolio to target the EU market by country based on the analysis of market data. Prepare launch plans to close the gaps. Prepare photo library and Selling Stories to support product launches;
- Analyze customer journeys, conduct targeted lead generation campaigns to ensure efficient support to CBD by generating customer leads and ensuring customer conversion;
- Develop and manage Digital marketing instruments including SMM, Website, e-commerce, SEO for priority markets;
- Develop EU Content Strategy and regularly run production sessions to create Content library to be used for Advertising and Promotion;
- Develop local communication plans targeting end consumers and shoppers of selected retail chains;
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives;
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns against predefined KPIs;
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the effectiveness of marketing activities and recommendations for optimization;
- Work closely with trade marketing, CBD, global marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of the EU marketing activities with overall business goals and strategies;
- Support CBD managers in the development of presentation materials for current and new clients;
- Participate in exhibitions and events organization according to the business growth agenda. Generate ideas on events participation and sponsorship;
- Initiate and lead collaborations with influencers and organizations to build the brand in the Culinary area;
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive advantage;
- Manage EU Marketing Team.
Desired Skills and Experiences:
- 7+ years in Brand Management;
- EU markets strong experience;
- NPD development and launch experience;
- Complex Portfolios management experience;
- Food and Drinks industry is a plus;
- Strong digital marketing skills;
- Team management experience;
- Fluent English, other European languages is a plus;
- University Degree in Marketing or International Business;
- Proof of continuous education in modern Marketing is a plus.
