What we are looking for
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who’s enthusiastic to open our brand new location in Eindhoven, hire a team, manage daily operations and create an exceptional member experience. You’ll ensure smooth processes, maintain building standards, and act as the go-to problem solver.
As an ambassador for your location, you’ll share its unique features, foster community engagement, and lead a motivated team. Innovation and continuous improvement are key. No two days are alike in this dynamic role.
Responsibilities you will have
- Set up and manage a brand new location.
- Hire and train a (hospitality by heart) team
- Oversee location operations and service delivery.
- Manage relationships with service partners and ensure quality.
- Generate reports and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Lead emergency response efforts and maintain safety and security standards.
- Maintain good relationships with members and other tenants in the building. Connecting people, setting-up interactions and cross-company collaborations.
- Dealing with complaints and issues in a correct and timely manner.
- Manage your (community) team effectively. Motivating, mentoring and stimulating them.
- Handle invoices and financial follow-ups.
- Provide tours for potential tenants (in close cooperation with Sales).
- Coordinate fitout projects for tenants.
Skills you have
Role specific
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, hotel or a related discipline.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with members and addressing their needs properly.
- Problem solving mindset, flexible and being able to deal with challenging situations.
- Capable of leading a team, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and responsibilities efficiently.
