You'll be working inside a specialist data team, running client-facing projects end to end, and helping well-known brands actually use data, not just collect it.
It's hands-on, it's client-facing, and there's real room to shape how insights get delivered.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading data science projects from brief to delivery
- Building and deploying Python-based models used in live decision-making
- Translating complex analyses into clear, practical recommendations
- Presenting insights directly to non-technical stakeholders
- Exploring emerging tech like AI, LLMs, what's next
- Working closely with a small, sociable team while owning your own work
What you'll bring:
- Solid hands-on experience as a medior or senior Data Scientist
- Strong Python skills with production-ready model delivery
- Confidence across the full data science lifecycle
- The ability to explain complex things simply, and actually enjoy doing it
- Fluent Dutch at native level (this one's non-negotiable)
- A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset
Nice to have:
- Background in media, marketing, or advertising
- Consultancy or agency experience
- Interest or early experience in AI / LLMs
