You will:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (onsite and virtual) for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Greet and host candidates during onsite interviews, providing a welcoming and professional environment.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) in a timely manner.
- Communicate interview logistics and updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks, including offer letter preparation, background check initiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Assist with recruiting events and employer branding initiatives as needed.
- Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

- Consists of passionate Talent Acquisition professionals dedicated to attracting and hiring top talent.
- Collaborates closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders across the organization.
- Fosters a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
- Share best practices and continuously improve our recruiting operations.
About you:
- You have experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative support role (internships and part-time roles count!).
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You are proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
- You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- You are based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work onsite at minimum of two days per week.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs).
- Previous experience supporting recruiting or HR teams is a bonus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
