Director, Human Resources
Our client is a well-established, growing global company looking for a senior HR leader to own the people function across all U.S. operations, lead a team, partner with operation leaders across multiple U.S. locations and work closely with the global HR leadership team.

What you bring:
🔹 15+ years of HR leadership experience in complex, multi-site environments — union and manufacturing background required
🔹 Deep compensation expertise — you've created complex total rewards
🔹 A track record of building HR policy from the ground up, across multiple states and jurisdictions
🔹Experience leading succession planning, talent management, recruitment, benefit administration, employee relations
🔹Strong background in union relations and labor relations
🔹 Executive-level experience
🔹 Strong judgment in applying competitive market data to both comp and policy decisions
🔹Bachelor's in Human Resources or related, Masters preferred, HR certifications preferred
Location: Chesterfield, MO | FT Onsite l Travel required within U.S. & Canada
