We're looking for a proactive HR Generalist to be based in Las Vegas, NV. This is a high-impact role touching all areas of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition—from recruiting and onboarding to systems support and employee engagement.

In this role, you’ll:
- Support full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offers
- Lead onboarding and orientation efforts, ensuring a smooth start for every new hire
- Assist with HR systems, data integrity, and process improvement initiatives
- Partner across HR functions (benefits, training, engagement, etc.) on key projects
- Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of HR/recruiting experience, ideally with ADP or similar HRIS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
