We're looking for a proactive HR Generalist to be based in Las Vegas, NV. This is a high-impact role touching all areas of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition—from recruiting and onboarding to systems support and employee engagement.

In this role, you’ll:

Support full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offers
Lead onboarding and orientation efforts, ensuring a smooth start for every new hire
Assist with HR systems, data integrity, and process improvement initiatives
Partner across HR functions (benefits, training, engagement, etc.) on key projects
Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events

What we’re looking for:

3–5 years of HR/recruiting experience, ideally with ADP or similar HRIS
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills
A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
