Job Overview
As Marketing Manager Asia & Africa, you drive the complete marketing agenda across the cluster - covering all relevant elements of the marketing mix - in close collaboration with cluster management, sales and global marketing. You translate global strategies into effective local go‑to‑market plans while capturing cluster-specific insights that guide global decision-making and regional priorities.
You combine tactical planning with hands-on execution, balancing brand building, commercial support and customer engagement. As a member of the Cluster Management Team, you work closely with other team members, local marketing resources, sales teams and the global marketing organization to secure consistent positioning, effective campaigns and measurable business impact in all cluster markets.
Key Responsibilities
Cluster Marketing Planning:
· Develop and own the integrated cluster marketing plan, aligning global strategy with cluster and country business objectives.
· Localize product value propositions and marketing communications themes for the cluster in cooperation with Global Marketing (Product Management and Marketing Communications).
· Plan and manage the annual marketing calendar, including campaigns, events and product launches across all cluster countries.
Go-to-Market:
· Translate global campaigns and value propositions into cluster-specific initiatives, messages and content – and lead cluster-specific campaigns when needed.
· Coordinate execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, PR, trade shows, customer programs) in collaboration with local teams.
· Monitor campaign performance and actively optimize activities based on data and feedback.
Brand & Customer Experience:
· Drive consistent application of the Topigs Norsvin brand across all touchpoints in the cluster.
· Create localized customer journeys for buyer personas to deliver a high-quality experience.
· Leverage testimonials, success stories and case studies to reinforce credibility and trust
Market, Customer & Competitive Insight:
· Systematically gather and synthesize market, customer and competitor insights to inform cluster and global strategies.
· Provide structured cluster input to inform global marketing and product management on emerging trends, customer needs and local opportunities.
· Build strong relationships with key customers, partners and influencers to stay close to market developments.
Coordination & Governance in the Matrix:
· Coordinate with global marketing, cluster team members, sales and technical services to ensure alignment and efficient execution of the cluster marketing plan.
· Guide and support local marketing resources within the cluster, fostering collaboration and best-practice sharing.
· Manage the cluster marketing budget, ensuring effective prioritization and ROI-focus.

Your Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Economics, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in Marketing, Agribusiness, Animal Science or related field.
Skills: Strategic thinking abilities, excellent planning and project management skills, and strong communication and presentation capabilities.
Competencies: Commercial mindset with proven ability to translate strategy into action, collaborative working style, cultural sensitivity and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
