Executive Assistant to CEO – Up to $120k

Mid-size consulting firm is seeking a standout Executive Assistant to support its CEO. This is not a “keep the calendar warm” kind of role - this is for someone who likes being in the mix, making judgment calls, and keeping a fast-moving executive operating at full speed.

Job Duties
- Own and manage an ever-changing, high-volume calendar with strong prioritization and sound judgment
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel (including private travel) and detailed itineraries
- Manage expenses, inbox communications, and day-to-day executive logistics
- Prepare meeting materials, track action items, and ensure follow-through across stakeholders
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison across internal teams and external partners
- Partner closely with the broader administrative team to ensure alignment, coverage, and seamless execution across the Executive Office
- Support occasional personal and household-related tasks
- Assist with events, including VIP dinners and company functions (some nights and weekends necessary!)
Requirements
- Collaborative by nature and enjoys working closely with other EAs and support staff to keep things running smoothly
- 4-6+ years of experience supporting a CEO or senior executive (consulting, banking, or similarly fast-paced environments preferred)
- A true career Executive Assistant who enjoys the role and takes pride in it
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to move quickly without sacrificing quality
- Confident operating independently and making judgment calls on the fly
- Personable, approachable, and able to build relationships across all levels
- Thick-skinned, adaptable, and comfortable in a high-expectation environment
- Willing to be flexible outside of standard hours when needed
Details
- Hours: ~8:30am - 5:30pm (flexibility required for after-hours needs)
- Compensation: $100k-$120k
