The role
As Amazon & Marketplace Manager Europe, you are responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and market positioning of Dimplex Consumer Products (DCP) on Amazon and other European marketplaces.
Germany and the broader DACH region are considered key strategic growth markets and will serve as the blueprint for further European marketplace expansion. You translate the European commercial strategy into concrete marketplace and e‑commerce plans and actively manage performance. You operate with a high level of ownership and autonomy and act as a key sparring partner for Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance.
While you will not have direct people management responsibility in the initial phase, you will act as the functional lead for your domain. As the channel continues to grow, progression into a role with people management responsibility is envisaged.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute the European Amazon and marketplace strategy
- Deliver revenue growth, margin (Net PPM), and contribution across all European marketplaces
- Translate strategic targets into concrete commercial plans and forecasts
- Actively manage pricing, promotions, advertising, costtoserve, and availability
- Serve as the European point of contact for marketplace partners (including Amazon Vendor & Seller)
- Set up and manage KPI structures (sales, margin, availability, traffic, conversion, ROAS)
- Optimize assortment, product listings, and online gotomarket per country
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain on product launches
- Contribute to European commercial leadership discussions (member of the Extended Leadership Team)
The team
You will be part of the European Sales team at Dimplex Consumer Products, where ecommerce and digital channels play an increasingly important role in our growth strategy. You report to the Head of Sales EU - eCommerce & Retail and work closely with local country organizations and Group stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?
You are commercially sharp, analytically strong, and feel at home in an international, matrix organization. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and naturally take ownership of results.
In short:
- Proven experience in leading European e‑commerce and marketplace roles, preferably within consumer products or sustainable consumer goods
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Vendor and Seller models
- Demonstrated track record in driving revenue and margin growth through e‑commerce
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset (forecasting, performance dashboards, KPIs)
- Experience working cross‑functionally without direct line responsibility
- Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment

What We Offer

- A competitive compensation package with an indicative annual base salary between €65,000 and €90,000
