Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in New York, United States, for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Additionally, this role involves maintaining office organization, assisting with executive-level administrative tasks, managing phone communications, and performing general clerical duties.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills for calendar management, scheduling, and supporting leadership
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document organization, filing, and data entry
- Exceptional Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to foster positive interactions with clients, partners, and team members
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or a related industry, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
