The Marketing Manager NL will take ownership of the full marketing lifecycle for residential assets, leading strategy, campaigns, and brand initiatives from mobilisation through to long-term growth.
The Marketing Manager NL will:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support occupancy targets, rental growth, and asset performance
- Lead the launch and promotion of new residential developments, ensuring brand alignment and strong lease-up results
- Manage digital marketing, paid campaigns, and social media to increase visibility and drive qualified leads
- Plan and execute high-impact B2B and B2C campaigns targeting students, young professionals, families, and corporates
You will need:
- Native Dutch speaker with strong written and spoken English skills
- 8+ years’ experience in B2B/B2C marketing, preferably in real estate or hospitality
- Strong project management, analytical, and budgeting skills with experience in integrated marketing campaigns
