For Dahua Europe B.V. we are looking for an ambitious and energetic (Junior or Medior) Marketing Manager within the field of CCTV, Security Video Surveillance, Access Control and / or Technology industry to deliver the creative execution of our Company’s marketing and communication strategy. Together with the Marketing team members (from our headquarters in China and WEU region), you will be responsible for the timely and successful execution of the B2B Marketing Plan for Dahua Europe BV within the Benelux region. To be successful in this role, the future job holder has to be intercultural savvy. Your base location would be in Zoetermeer. Job Description
- Achieving Dahua’s business objectives together with the Marketing team from HQ and WEU;
- Creating and managing annual marketing plan with allocated budget, within the framework provided by the Country Manager - Benelux; - Providing effective marketing support to all business areas in order to achieve the country sales team’s goals and objectives;
- Liaising with the Marketing team from the HQ and WEU for marketing materials coordination and allocation;
- Maintaining the company website and other social media platforms;
- Planning and organizing company events, roadshows, trainings, webinars, etc.;
- Communicating and implementing brand guidelines internally and externally to ensure brand guidelines are met;
- Maintaining a high level of visibility through public relations and other external parties;
- Implementing general marketing procedures and guidelines in day to day actions and planning;
- Managing the Marketing Assistant;
- Conducting daily administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties requested by the Marketing team;
- Working closely with Sales and Technical team to ensure the correct products are featured on the website;
- Other duties as directed by the Country Manager Benelux
- Bachelor degree in Marketing and / or Communications
- Min. 2 years of B2B marketing experience
- Marketing experience in the field of Security Video Surveillance and/or Technology would be considered as a plus
- Attention to detail and logical approach by identifying business needs and proactively translate this into marketing action plan
- Event planning and organizing experience would be considered as a plus
- Computer literate and advanced level skills in using Excel, Outlook, Word, Access and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of CRM management systems and relevant marketing tools
- Willingness to travel within the Benelux (occasionally)
- Does not have a 9-5 mentality
- Ready to roll-up the sleeves and get things done
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in an intercultural business culture
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken). Dutch would be considered as an advantage.
