Colgate-Palmolive is offering a unique internship opportunity for someone who has a strong interest in pursuing a career in Global Human Resources, allowing you to test your abilities and further explore your career interests. Not only does an internship provide you with a first-hand look and experience inside the Colgate organization, but it also gives Colgate an opportunity to get to know you.
Closely working with an HR Director or Manager, you will be an active member of the team and will be responsible for a variety of projects designed to be completed and delivered by the end of the internship. These projects are intended to provide you with operational experience as well as an overview in a particular HR function. Depending on your interests and skills, you may be working across the following areas:
- Global People Development
- HR Business Partnership for a Global Function
- Talent Acquisition
- Compensation
- Other Human Resources related areas as needed
This position will be located in NYC.
You will gain knowledge of and interact with Human Resources and other business professionals throughout the internship. In addition, you will be exposed to Colgate’s global organization through informal meetings with members of the Human Resources and other functions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Required
- Current college enrollment and completion of at least one year of college/university
- Coursework in Human Resources/Organizational Psychology/Industrial Relations or Business related major
- Strong communication, analytical, relationship building and teamwork skills required
Compensation And Benefits
Salary Range $20.50 - $25.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
