Overview:
We’re looking for a practical, results-oriented Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to join our high-performing team. You’ll run user acquisition and retention programs, grow our crypto communities and help increase trading volumes and revenue through data-driven marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and run paid acquisition campaigns (search, social, display) to drive high-quality users and trading activity.
- Run A/B tests and simple experiments to improve conversion across landing pages, sign-ups, and onboarding.
- Own lifecycle marketing: email, push, and in-app messages to boost activation, retention and reactivation.
- Grow and manage community channels (Discord, Telegram, X) and work with creators and partners to increase brand awareness.
- Track and report on key metrics (CAC, conversion rates, retention, LTV) and share clear recommendations.
- Represent the company at industry events when needed and help with marketing materials.
- Mentor or support junior team members.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in digital marketing or growth, preferably with experience in fintech or crypto.
- Strong practical experience with paid channels (Google, Meta, X/Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Comfortable running A/B tests, using analytics tools and reporting on performance.
- Experience with lifecycle tools (email/push) and basic CRM/automation.
- Good understanding of community platforms (Discord, Telegram) and creator partnerships.
- Data-driven, analytical, and able to turn insights into simple action plans.
- Good communicator who can work with multiple teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Able to manage budgets and external partners.
