We’re supporting a large international organisation in expanding their internal IT Support team in the Hague / Rotterdam area.
They are hiring for an on‑site Tech Bar, where employees can walk in for quick and friendly IT help.
If you enjoy solving IT issues face‑to‑face and providing great service, this could be a perfect match.
What you’ll do
- Provide 1st‑line IT support to internal employees
- Handle walk‑ins at the on‑site Tech Bar
- Troubleshoot Windows, M365, laptops, phones, accounts, printers
- Manage tickets using Jira/Confluence (or similar ITSM)
- Support onboarding, workstation setups, and basic admin tasks
- Collaborate closely with a local IT team and Team Lead
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years of IT support / servicedesk experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows, M365, hardware)
- Great communication and service mindset
- Fluent in Dutch + English
- Available on‑site full‑time (first 6 months)
- Able to start ASAP
Contract details
- 6‑month initial contract
- Interviews happening soon
- Start date ideally 1 April
