We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support and oversee multiple manufacturing sites for our client in the greater DMV area. This role partners closely with site leadership and supports both hourly and salaried employees in a dynamic production environment.
Key Focus Areas:
- Employee relations, including investigations, performance management, and issue resolution
- Employment compliance and policy execution
- Compensation support and pay-related guidance for hourly and salaried workforces
- Ongoing coaching and support for frontline leaders and managers
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Proven HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong background supporting both hourly and exempt populations
- Hands-on experience with employee relations, compliance, and compensation practices
- Ability to work on-site and travel locally between facilities
