HR Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to join a growing organization. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting day-to-day human resources operations. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to employees and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, HRIS data entry, and personnel file management.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support benefits administration by assisting employees with enrollment questions, changes, and general benefits inquiries.
- Track employee attendance, leaves of absence, and compliance-related documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Assist with training coordination and internal HR initiatives.
- Support special HR projects and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and confidentiality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 based on experience
