The Role
• Serve as the primary resource for associate benefits programs, including Open Enrollment and wellness initiatives.
• Administer essential HR functions such as time & attendance, new employee onboarding, and leave of absence management.
• Facilitate New Hire Orientation and various training sessions.
• Support the administration of training and safety programs, including enrollment and logistics.
• Maintain all HR administrative functions in compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines.
• Contribute to associate engagement events and activities.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of HR experience, with exposure to recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration.
• A strong relationship-oriented and empathetic interpersonal style.
• Technical proficiency with HR platforms; familiarity with Workday and Kronos is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where associate well-being is prioritized.
