Our client is a Financial Services firm in Manhattan seeking a Human Resources Associate to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative support functions as necessary for the HR team
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal events (e.g., town halls, team-building activities, recognition programs), partnering cross-functionally to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee experience
- Provide ongoing support to the Head of HR on a range of special projects
- Assist with high volume scheduling, onboarding, and training meetings
- Support pre-employment screening processes, including conducting background checks and validating prior work history
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree Required
· 6+ years of HR experience
· Experience implementing an HRIS is a huge plus.
The annual base salary range is $100k to $130k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
