Beacoup is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technology and revenue-generating roles. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, owning hiring execution across engineering, data, product, and sales functions while helping build a scalable, high-performance recruiting engine.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to identify top-tier talent, influence hiring decisions, and deliver a strong candidate experience in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technology (engineering, data, product) and sales (BD, account executives, GTM) roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies
- Proactively source and engage high-caliber passive talent through LinkedIn, networking, and creative outreach strategies
- Manage candidate pipelines, interview processes, and offer negotiations end-to-end
- Build and refine structured interview processes focused on quality, consistency, and speed
- Develop employer branding initiatives in partnership with marketing to attract top talent
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) and optimize performance
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technology and/or sales roles
- Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments such as startups, venture-backed companies, or high-growth organizations
- Strong sourcing capabilities with a track record of engaging passive candidates
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage hiring processes with a high degree of ownership
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruiting analytics tools
- Based in Florida (required) with ability to operate effectively in a remote environment
