Job Opportunity: Part-Time HR & Operations Administrator
We are seeking an experienced HR & Operations Administrator to support our people operations and internal business systems. This role spans HR compliance, benefits administration, employee data management, and the coordination of the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
Operations & HR Administration
- Systems Management: Partner with IT on access, audits, backups, and issue resolution; maintain employee data across HRIS and timekeeping systems.
- Benefits & Compliance: Administer enrollments, renewals, and carrier reporting. Manage federal filings (ACA, VETS-4212, PCORI, COBRA) and labor postings.
- Employee Lifecycle: Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding across all internal systems and documentation.
- Organizational Resiliency: Maintain operational SOPs and support cross-training to ensure long-term stability.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in HR or business operations. (Federal contracting/compliance exposure is a plus).
- Technical Savvy: Comfort working across HRIS and related business platforms.
- Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, discretion with sensitive data, and a service-oriented mindset.
