We are seeking a Director of People, Culture, and Tenant Experience to lead HR operations, drive organizational culture, and enhance tenant engagement within a mission-driven environment. This role combines human resources leadership with community-building and tenant experience strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee HR functions including compliance, policies, recruitment, and employee relations
- Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and professional development
- Lead tenant experience strategy, engagement programs, and events
- Manage tenant communications and improve satisfaction and retention
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in HR leadership and compliance
- Background in employee engagement, culture, or community-building environments
- Experience with tenant or customer engagement and event planning
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
