Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rozenburg for an Information Technology Specialist. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining network infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing network security measures, and providing technical assistance and support to internal teams. Daily tasks include monitoring systems for performance and security, resolving hardware and software issues, and supporting end-users with technology-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and a strong understanding of network infrastructure
- Expertise in Information Technology, including hardware and software troubleshooting
- Ability to implement and maintain advanced Network Security protocols
- Customer Service and communication skills for providing technical support effectively
- Familiarity with IT compliance standards and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in IT support or network management is preferred
