The Go-to-Market Manager is responsible for shaping and driving the strategic and conceptual elements of the GTM function, helping translate strategy into clear plans and actions that drive market impact.
In this role, you work closely with the Head of Go-to-Market, Marketing and the wider Commercial MT to develop commercial strategies, structure business plans and translate ideas into clear and compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.
You play a key role in connecting different functions across the business – from Sales and Product to Marketing and Business Insights – ensuring strategies are aligned and executed effectively.
You will be part of the wider GTM team of 16 colleagues, working together to drive commercial impact across our brand portfolio. A big part of this role is turning complex ideas, strategies and data into clear, visually strong presentations and business cases that support decision-making at senior management level.
Your Mission
• Together with the Head of GTM, you develop commercial strategies and business plans in line with STICHD’s commercial objectives and corporate strategy;
• Translate strategies, insights and data into clear, well-structured and visually compelling presentations and business cases for senior management and key stakeholders;
• Develop distribution frameworks and growth plans that support product launches, market positioning and new business opportunities;
• Act as a key partner for Sales, Product, Marketing and Business Insights, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment and supporting the preparation of key commercial touchpoints (e.g. Global Sales Openings, Q-meetings, brand reviews and new business pitches);
• Monitor sales performance and commercial results, helping manage the commercial calendar and translating insights into recommendations that drive continuous improvement.

Your Talent
• You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field combined with at least 5 years of experience in an analytical/ conceptual/strategical role;
• You have strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex strategies, data, and ideas into clear and visually compelling presentations;
• Solid (analytical) business analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations;
• Experience in business planning, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to think strategically while keeping an eye on operational details;.
• Professional proficiency in English.
This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
