About the Role
This Finance Business Partner role supports both brand strategy and regional financial planning activities. The position combines brand finance leadership with FP and A responsibilities across the EMEA region. The role partners closely with marketing, portfolio, and finance leadership to drive value creation, performance transparency, and data driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Act as finance business partner for a key branded portfolio in Europe, supporting brand strategy and value creation plans
- Partner with portfolio and marketing teams on innovation strategy, business cases, and financial thresholds
- Lead financial evaluation of launches, pricing, SKU rationalization, and portfolio changes
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to cross functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Lead period reporting, forecasting cycles, and annual planning processes
- Track performance against value creation plans and provide variance analysis and insights
- Review market profit and loss statements to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support leadership with insights and materials for regional and global review meetings
- Drive digital reporting solutions and improve forecasting accuracy
- Support integrated value creation planning and translation into annual operating plans
- Upskill non finance stakeholders in financial acumen and use of digital finance tools
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or a related field
- Four to five years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, or business partnering
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Experience working with cross functional teams outside of finance
- Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with management reporting and digital finance tools
