We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS | Demand Generation)
We’re growing fast and looking for a data-driven, creative marketer who knows how to build pipeline—not just campaigns.
If you understand how to attract the right audience, nurture leads, and hand over sales-ready opportunities, this role is for you.
What you’ll own
- End-to-end B2B campaign execution (email, LinkedIn, content, paid)
- Lead generation (inbound + outbound) and smooth handover to Sales
- Building nurture flows from awareness → MQL → SQL
- Managing HubSpot CRM for pipeline tracking and attribution
- Creating content that converts: case studies, landing pages, sequences
- Analysing performance: conversion rates, CPL, pipeline impact
What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years in B2B / SaaS marketing or demand generation
- Strong understanding of sales funnel & lead qualification
- Hands-on with HubSpot / marketing automation tools
- Someone who is analytical, hands-on, and outcome-driven
- Comfortable working closely with Sales teams
