We're hiring: Marketing & Growth Manager - Amsterdam (on-site) 🌱
At Grovero, we build smart hydroponic microfarms that let chefs and conscious consumers grow fresh herbs, microgreens and edible flowers on-site - right in their kitchen. Our product, MiniGro, is already in restaurants, corporate kitchens and homes across Europe. We're a small, ambitious team based in Amsterdam, and we're growing.
This is our first dedicated marketing hire. You'll own everything; from reactivating thousands of warm leads in our CRM to running paid social campaigns targeting chefs and hospitality professionals, to directing interns on content creation. You'll work directly with our CEO and have real impact from day one.
What you'll own
→ Outbound sequences and CRM campaigns (Pipedrive, Lemlist)
→ Social proof - getting cameras into customer kitchens, building case studies and testimonials
→ Paid social - primarily Meta/Instagram, targeting chefs and restaurants
→ Content strategy - briefing and directing interns on shoots, reels, and posting
→ Email marketing - newsletters, lead nurturing and reactivation campaigns
→ Exhibitions and trade shows - prep, presence, and follow-up
→ Website optimisation and conversion - turning visitors into leads
→ SEO - growing organic traffic over time
→ Reporting - so we know what's working
Who you are
→ Dutch and/or German speaker - required
→ 3-5 years in marketing, ideally at a startup or small company
→ Hands-on with Meta Ads - you've run campaigns yourself, not just briefed agencies
→ Comfortable with CRM and email automation tools
→ You know what makes chefs stop scrolling
→ Proactive, extrovert, ambitious - you see what needs doing and you do it
→ Able to commute daily to our Amsterdam office - we work from the office
