Job Responsibilities
1. Analyze competitors' network and sales MS (Market Share) in the region, and formulate network development plans.
2. Coordinate with the company committee to evaluate dealers' business plans, and ensure the business plan process complies with requirements.
3. Supervise the consistency of corporate image execution within the dealer network under jurisdiction, ensuring compliance with SI (Sales Image) and sales standards guidelines.
4. Update dealer operation guidelines, dealer operation process assessments, and dealers' annual operational targets.
5. Analyze dealer operational data, provide data support for dealer development strategies, and assist in enhancing dealers' business performance.
6. Conduct dealer organization assessments, dealer sales indicator evaluations, sales process assessments, and dealer operational performance evaluations.
7. Formulate dealer incentive policies and establish an early warning mechanism for dealer management.
8. Manage sales satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. Education Background
Degree: Bachelor’s degree or above, automobiles, business, or other related subject
Language: Fluent oral and written English skills are required; additional European language capability (e.g. Italian, Spanish, German or French) is a plus.
