Main Purpose of the Role
We are excited to invite an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our Global Magnum team! You will play a crucial part in connecting with a diverse team, working collaboratively to achieve success together. Your success will stem from your ability to engage closely with all our regions, particularly Europe, as you craft and enhance the Magnum brand while delivering outstanding products and campaigns within our new extended formats platform.
This position encompasses not only the exploration of new and future formats but also the global geographical expansion of our existing formats launched in 2025. You will be instrumental in supporting key regions with implementation and performance tracking to ensure these launches thrive across the globe. This role comes with a high level of empowerment, trust, and responsibility as you delve into our Strategic Pillar, “Stretch to More.” You will explore exciting new segments, drive future product development, and create first-class communication at the heart of the Magnum brand.
The
Global Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) will play a critical hands-on role in shaping, delivering, and scaling Magnum’s Extended Formats agenda globally.
This is a senior ABM role designed for an experienced brand builder who is ready to own projects end-to-end, work independently with global and regional stakeholders, and act as a key executional engine for innovation, communication, and market deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own specific projects or sub-platforms within the Extended Formats / Bites agenda from brief to market deployment.
- Drive end-to-end execution of innovation and renovation projects across product, packaging, naming, claims, and communication.
- Lead development and adaptation of global communication assets including KV toolkits, POS, and digital assets.
- Act as day-to-day partner to markets supporting roll-out, adaptation, and optimisation.
- Support performance tracking and post-launch reviews.
- Be the responsible for budget tracking and management within the Extended Platform team.
- Operate as a connector across R&D, Supply Chain, Design, CMI, Regulatory, and Procurement.
Qualifications
- 4+ years FMCG marketing experience with exposure to global or regional roles.
- Strong innovation and project management experience.
- Premium brand and visual identity understanding.
- Confident stakeholder and agency management skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong brand judgement.
