About the Role

Onsite Field Services Technicians are permanently assigned to corporate locations to provide end-user IT technical support and hands-on assistance as part of managed services operations. They ensure timely, reliable support for hardware, network connectivity, and infrastructure issues requiring in-person or advanced remote assistance.

Responsibilities

Hardware Support:
Physical setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and office equipment.
Troubleshooting and repair of hardware issues, including component replacements (hard drives, memory, monitors).
Device Refresh & Replacement:
Manage refresh cycles, deploy new equipment, and retrieve older devices.
IMAC Services:
Install, Move, Add, Change tasks for hardware and software.
Customer Interaction:
Represent IT professionally, provide clear communication, and maintain service records in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

Qualifications

Proficiency in hardware setup and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft products and IT Service Management processes.
