To strengthen our Finance Team, we are looking for a Junior Financial Accountant

You are curious, analytically minded, and eager to learn. You enjoy understanding how things work and want to make an impact. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely financial information while supporting colleagues across the business with clear and meaningful insights.

What you will do

In this role, you’ll be involved in the full finance cycle and work closely with an experienced team:

Maintain the general ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for two entities
Process invoices, customer receipts and supplier payments
Prepare and send licence fee and event invoices to SPAR partners
Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding balances
Handle differences in payments and support reconciliations
Support the monthly closing process and audit activities
Help improve processes and make our finance operations more efficient
Contribute to ad hoc projects across the finance team

You’ll also:

Reconcile intercompany balances
Maintain accurate master data
Support the business with ad hoc questions and analyses

What you bring

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, or MBO-4 with relevant experience
0–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
Strong communication skills and fluency in English
A structured and accurate way of working, with a proactive mindset
Good Excel skills and an interest in working with data (ERP experience is a plus)
