LogicPlan is an early stage company building the AI assistant for transport planners across European logistics. It automates the routine and surfaces what needs attention, while the planner stays in control.

The role

Own how our AI behaves in production, inside a Python and Django backend. Build LLM powered features and agents that are reliable enough to run in a live logistics operation.

Responsibilities

Build LLM powered features: tool and function calling, structured outputs, multi turn context handling
Build agents that call internal tools and APIs to act across the shipment cycle
Implement reliability and guardrails: validation, retries, failure handling, hallucination mitigation
Build evaluation and regression frameworks with task based success metrics
Enforce per tenant data isolation and GDPR by design

What we look for

Experience taking LLM systems to production, not just notebooks
Strong Python, comfortable in Django and PostgreSQL
Reliability, safety and data isolation as first class concerns
Energized by moving fast with AI agents while keeping a high bar on what ships
Pragmatic, domain first mindset

Stack

Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Celery, Redis, and the Vercel AI SDK with Claude. EU infrastructure, GDPR by design.
