Role Description

This is a contract, on-site IT Engineer role located in Rotterdam. The IT Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, ensuring network security, maintaining and configuring network systems, and addressing IT-related issues. The role involves hands-on problem-solving, systems maintenance, and collaborating with teams to improve technical operations.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
Knowledge and experience in Information Technology and Networking
Understanding of Network Security protocols and best practices
Ability to work in a hands-on, on-site technical environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Previous experience with server, network, or storage systems is a plus
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or equivalent are beneficial
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage for global collaboration
