We are supporting a leading global infrastructure investment firm in the search for a Finance Analyst to join its Finance & Operations team in Amsterdam.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and ambitious finance professional to play a key role within a growing international finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for external accounting service providers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of output
Review journals, ledger postings, reconciliations, and financial data
Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Review and validate employee expenses in line with company policies
Assist with preparation of management accounts and statutory financial statement
Support regulatory compliance activities, including monitoring capital and liquidity requirements and assisting with filings (e.g. FCA, CSS)
Coordinate audit deliverables, ensuring appropriate documentation and timely responses to auditors
Provide financial insight and updates to internal stakeholders, highlighting risks or discrepancies
Contribute to process improvements across finance operations and internal controls
Assist with treasury-related activities, including cash flow monitoring and funding coordination

Experience & Qualifications

2-3 years’ experience in accounting or finance, ideally within financial or professional services
Solid understanding of core accounting principles, including journals, accruals, and prepayments
Fluent in Dutch and English
Experience working with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
Familiarity with reviewing balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
Knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and/or IFRS, with exposure to statutory reporting requirements
