We're working with a highly respected early-stage investment firm that's backing some of the world's most exciting founders. They're looking for an Executive Assistant to become the trusted partner to their two Managing Partners, helping keep the business running smoothly while playing a key role in the firm's operations and events.

This isn't a role where you'll simply manage diaries.

You'll be working alongside the people leading the firm, building relationships with founders, investors and senior stakeholders, and becoming an integral part of a small, collaborative team where your contribution is genuinely valued.

What you'll be doing

No two days are quite the same, but you'll be responsible for:

Managing complex calendars across multiple priorities
Coordinating domestic and international travel
Processing expenses and keeping everything running behind the scenes
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the San Francisco office
Managing vendors, facilities, office supplies and building relationships
Supporting the planning and execution of everything from investor dinners to the firm's flagship annual event
Maintaining CRM data, guest lists and internal systems
Acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team and helping remove friction wherever it appears

What we're looking for

You'll thrive here if you're someone who naturally stays two steps ahead.

You'll have at least 4+ years experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.

Financial Services, Venture Capital or Start-Up experience is essential.
