About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our fast-growing business. This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and HR initiatives that support organizational growth.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HRBP or Generalist experience, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable balancing recruitment with HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
HR Business Partner
- Partner with business leaders to support organizational development and workforce planning.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Support employee onboarding, probation review, promotion, and offboarding processes.
- Assist managers in handling employee issues while ensuring compliance with company policies.
HR Projects
- Participate in HR initiatives and cross-functional projects, including but not limited to:
- Performance Management
- Talent Review & Succession Planning
- Employee Engagement Programs
- HR Policy Optimization
- Organizational Development
- HR Process Improvement
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HRBP, HR Generalist, or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Exposure to HRBP-related functions such as employee relations, performance management, or HR projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in startups or fast-growing companies.
- Experience supporting sales, operations, marketing, or corporate functions.
- Familiarity with U.S. employment practices is a plus.
Language Requirement
- Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese is required.
- Professional English communication skills are required.
