IT Support Technician (On-Call)
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technicians based in ALL the Main Cities to join our team on an on-call basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support and break/fix services
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
- Install, configure, and replace desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Support end-user devices and operating systems
- Escalate complex technical issues when required
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA requirements
Requirements
- Experience in onsite IT support or desktop support
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be based in Netherlands
- Availability for on-call assignments
- Must speak Dutch
- Drivers license is preferred
