Grow our French-language webshops
We are looking for a Junior Country Manager France, commercially responsible for the performance of our French-language webshops: France and Belgium-FR.
You will become the owner of local shop performance, revenue growth, margin development, campaigns, content, localization and overall site experience. You make sure our French-language shops are commercially strong, locally relevant and continuously improving.
You will work closely with the wider e-commerce team to translate best practices into relevant local execution, and you report to the Head of E-commerce.
Your Role:
This role is a great opportunity from someone with 3 -5 years of experience to develop your e-commerce career in an international setting. You’ll get hands-on experience across shop optimization, campaigns, localization and performance analysis, while learning how to grow a market commercially.
In this role, you combine strategy with execution. You monitor sales performance, identify opportunities, improve the customer journey and ensure that campaigns, content and product communication are relevant for our French-speaking customer.
Next to your country responsibility, you also support the international rollout of content and campaign best practices. You help create, translate and localize content that can be used across multiple countries.
What will you do?
· Support the commercial growth of our French-language webshops: France and Belgium-FR
· Monitor and report on sales, traffic, conversion, margin and campaign performance,
· Help identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin and customer experience
· Optimize landing pages, category pages, product pages and campaign pages
· Translate and localize content so it feels relevant for French-speaking customers
· Cooperate with our Frenche nature partners like Natagora
· Turn data and customer behaviour into practical improvement actions and help roll out best practices across countries
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a junior commercial e-commerce talent who wants to build a career in international e-commerce. This is a great opportunity to grow into a country management role, learn from experienced colleagues and take ownership of our French-language webshops.
You are preferably French native, with good English communication skills. You are commercially curious, customer-focused and eager to understand what drives customers: what they need, how they shop and how we can improve their online experience.
You have or bring:
· 3 years experience in e-commerce, online marketing or a relevant commercial role. Or less if your are a very talented person with a commercial drive.
· A commercial mindset, with the drive to grow revenue, margin and conversion
· Good analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actions
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· A structured, proactive and hands-on way of working
· Excellent French language skills
· Good English communication skills
· Dutch is a plus, but not required
· Affinity with nature, gardening or sustainability is a plus
