IT Support Engineer (2nd Line) – Eindhoven

We have a new opportunity to join an international organisation where you’ll play an important role in keeping IT services running smoothly. As an IT Support Engineer (2nd Line), you’ll provide hands-on technical support across desktop, infrastructure, and Microsoft environments, helping colleagues resolve issues quickly while contributing to continuous improvements.
You’ll work with a variety of technologies including Azure, M365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, endpoint management, and security solutions.
The role offers the chance to take ownership of technical challenges, develop your skills, and gain exposure to international projects and systems.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Provide 2nd line onsite and remote IT support to end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
- Manage and maintain Azure, M365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Maintain and support Microsoft server, endpoint, and network configurations.
- Assist with cybersecurity activities, patch management, and IT security controls.
- Maintain and improve technical documentation and knowledge articles.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support, desktop support, IT operations, or systems administration.
- Practical experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft technologies.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user administration.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally occasionally when required.
- Professional English language skills.
- Dutch language skills are an advantage but not essential.
