As the organization continues to enhance its security maturity, they are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to help strengthen security awareness, support enterprise-wide cyber risk initiatives and work closely with technical and business stakeholders to improve the firm's overall security posture.
The Role
As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and delivering security awareness initiatives while supporting wider governance, risk and compliance activities across the business. Working closely with IT, Risk, Legal and business teams, you will help drive a security-first culture through user engagement, cyber risk reporting and client assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and continually enhance security awareness programs and threat-informed campaigns.
- Design, execute and analyze phishing simulation exercises.
- Monitor and report on human cyber risk metrics, providing meaningful insights to key stakeholders.
- Support user access reviews, identity governance activities and service account reviews.
- Respond to client cybersecurity questionnaires and support customer assurance activities.
- Assist with internal and external audits, including evidence collection and remediation tracking.
- Support technology risk management, policy exceptions and compliance initiatives.
- Partner with IT, Legal, Risk and business stakeholders to promote security best practices.
- Maintain cybersecurity guidance and internal security resources for employees.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience within Cybersecurity, Information Security or Governance, Risk & Compliance.
- Experience delivering security awareness programs and phishing simulation campaigns.
- Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and access governance.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST and CIS Controls.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
