1. Conduct timely and comprehensive EIT investigations incidents using all available systems and
investigatory tools. Deliver formalized investigative summary reports.
2. Participate in the creation and maintenance of playbooks used in response for investigation/incident
triggers in support of the Enterprise Insider Threat.
3. Interface with other teams in Information Security (Ex. Cyber Incident Response Team, Data Loss
Protection, Cyber Security Operations Center and Digital Forensics)
4. Participate in the creation and maintenance of use cases of the development of the User Entity Behavioral
Analysis (UEBA) tool and other insider threat tools.
5. Identify new threat tactics, techniques and procedures used by cyber threat actors.
6. Proactively engage in threat hunting activities to proactively search for threats in the enterprise
environment.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in research, evidence gathering, investigation and documentation.
- Seven (7) years’ experience in banking, financial services, or regulatory experience focused on insider threat/internal investigations, client data loss prevention, client remediation, auditing, and compliance.
- Industry certification in Interview & Interrogation techniques (Ex. The Reid Technique, Basic Law Enforcement Interview & Interrogation, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and define issues; establish evidence and baseline behaviors, to develop substantiated conclusions with minimal supervision.
