Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist & HR Support professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience who enjoys connecting people with opportunities and helping businesses build strong teams.
The Recruitment Specialist & HR Support professional will partner with clients to create job descriptions, post and manage open positions, source candidates, and support various recruiting and HR-related initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop recruiting expertise while gaining exposure to a broad range of human resources functions.
What You'll Do
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Create and post job advertisements across job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels.
- Partner with clients to develop and refine job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements and organizational needs.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through online recruiting tools, databases, referrals, and networking efforts.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate candidate communications and interview scheduling.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure candidate records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist clients throughout the hiring process from job opening through offer acceptance.
- Monitor recruiting activity and provide regular hiring updates to clients.
HR Support
- Assist clients with onboarding and new hire documentation.
- Support the creation and maintenance of HR forms, policies, and employment-related documents.
- Respond to client questions regarding HR processes and best practices.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience.
- Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Support special HR projects and client initiatives as needed.
Client Service
- Build positive relationships with clients and candidates.
- Deliver timely and professional communication throughout the recruiting process.
- Serve as a trusted resource for recruiting-related questions and workforce needs.
- Provide a high level of customer service while supporting multiple clients and priorities.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, or a related field or a recent graduate with relevant internships.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create professional job descriptions and job advertisements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or applicant tracking systems is preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
