Position Summary
We are seeking an organized and people-focused HR Generalist to join our growing Corporate Software organization. This role will support a variety of HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, HR systems administration, benefits support, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibiliti
- esSupport day-to-day HR operations and serve as a resource for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and HR program
- s.Assist with onboarding and off boarding processes, including new hire paperwork, system updates, and orientation coordinatio
- n.Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS/HCM platforms and support data audits to ensure accuracy and complianc
- e.Assist with benefits administration including enrollments, employee communication, and resolving basic benefits question
- s.Partner with payroll and HR leadership to ensure accurate employee information and timely update
- s.Support recruiting activities including scheduling interviews, posting jobs, and communicating with candidate
- s.Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company event
- s.Assist with employee relations matters by escalating concerns and supporting HR leadership with documentation and follow-u

Qualificati
- onsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferr
- ed.1–3 years of HR, recruiting, payroll, or administrative experien
- ce.Experience working with HRIS, payroll, or HCM systems preferr
- ed.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environme
