People Coordinator
About the Role
Nili Lotan is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Coordinator to report directly to the HR Director. This role will be responsible for coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, supporting recruiting activities, and coordinating the internship programs.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with ADP Workforce Now or a similar HRIS, a proactive mindset, strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate all new hire onboarding, I-9 verification, and completion of new hire documentation.
- Support offboarding processes in coordination with IT and Payroll.
- Set up new hires in ADP Worforce Now.
HR Administration – ADP Workforce Now (HRIS)
- Maintain accurate employee records and process employee updates and benefits-related transactions in ADP Workforce Now.
- Support organizational updates, including maintaining organizational charts.
- Coordinate with ADP to troubleshoot employee payroll, benefits, and HRIS issues.
Recruiting Support & Internship Program
- Assist with posting open positions on LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Coordinate the Company's internship recruitment.
General HR Support
- Assist with ongoing HR initiatives and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience supporting Human Resources functions.
- Experience in ADP Workforce Now or a similar HRIS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong work ethic with reliable follow-through and ownership.
- Experience in retail or luxury fashion is a plus.

What we offer:
Salary: While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Nili Lotan reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $55,000-$65,000 annually .
In addition, there is a comprehensive and generous benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, paid time off program, retirement plan, employee discount and clothing allowance.
