Position Overview:
We are seeking an early-career HR Coordinator who is proactive, motivated, and eager to grow. This role partners closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) and management team to support key HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee relations and HR-related inquiries using the HR Shared Services model
- Support HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance through local guidance and execution
- Coordinate and lead employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Develop clear, professional communication materials (flyers, emails, text messages) for HR programs
- Assist with recruitment processes, including interview coordination and onboarding support
- Own and manage administrative HR processes efficiently
- Collaborate with leadership to support daily HR operations and workforce needs
