We're looking for a
collaborative and highly organized People Operations Coordinator to help scale our HR function as we continue to grow. You'll spend time driving recruiting processes across multiple open roles, coordinating onboarding for new hires, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring day-to-day HR operations run smoothly. Working closely with hiring managers, employees, and leadership, you'll help create an exceptional employee experience from candidate to colleague.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities across 10+ open positions, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and working with hiring managers to keep hiring processes moving forward
- Own and continuously improve the onboarding process for new hires across all locations
- Drive and support employee engagement initiatives, company events, recognition programs, and culture-building activities
- Maintain employee records and HR systems with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with benefits administration, employee communications, and general HR operations
- Serve as a go-to resource for employees on HR-related questions and processes
- Help identify opportunities to improve and scale people programs as the company grows
- Occasional travel to our office in Hoffman Estates, IL
What We're Looking For
This position requires working directly or indirectly with the US Government in restricted environments. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and may be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance in the future.
Required
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or a related field
- Experience coordinating hiring processes, scheduling interviews, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, service-oriented approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
