Overview
An experienced B2B marketer is required to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning and strategy through execution, optimization, and performance analysis. This role focuses on creating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that generate engagement, support commercial objectives, and improve customer acquisition and retention.
Working closely with marketing, sales, digital, content, and external agency partners, you will coordinate campaign delivery across multiple channels while ensuring alignment with business goals, deadlines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target audiences, KPIs, messaging, channels, and timelines.
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and business needs to shape campaign strategy.
- Identify opportunities for new campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Create campaign briefs and documentation to guide execution.
- Facilitate planning meetings and coordinate campaign roadmaps.
Campaign Execution
- Execute campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate marketing automation, email marketing, website content, social media, advertising, and supporting marketing activities.
- Work closely with digital marketing and content teams to deliver campaign assets.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and creative partners.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within agreed objectives.
Optimization & Performance
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Gather qualitative feedback from sales teams and key stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness against KPIs.
- Implement optimization strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Produce reporting and recommendations for future campaigns.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows and marketing processes.
- Recommend new approaches to audience targeting, channel utilization, and campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the marketing function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Additional marketing qualifications such as Digital Marketing certifications, NIMA A/B, or similar are advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B marketing environment or agency setting.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
