Are you passionate about simulating real-world cyber threats and strengthening enterprise defenses? We’re looking for a CyberSecurity Analyst II to join a high-impact Information Security team and help advance offensive security capabilities.
In this senior-level role, you’ll lead red team operations, adversary simulations, and penetration testing efforts—proactively identifying vulnerabilities and strengthening defenses against sophisticated threats.
Pay rate: $100K-$130K per annum. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors
What You’ll D
- Lead full-scope red team engagements simulating advanced persistent threats (APT
- Conduct adversary emulation using frameworks like MITRE ATT&
- Perform penetration testing across networks, applications, cloud, and physical environments
- Develop custom tools, scripts, and exploits
- Partner with defensive teams to validate detection and response capabilities
- Deliver detailed reports and executive-level summaries
- Lead purple team and tabletop exercis
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or red teaming
- Hands-on expertise with tools like Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite, BloodHound
- Strong understanding of attacker TTPs and threat modeling frameworks
- Ability to assess complex environments and develop creative attack strategies
- Strong communication skills to convey findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Preferred certifications: OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, GRT, Pentest+, CISSP
