There's two different products that together form the Homerun platform:
- Homerun ATS allows teams to keep track of candidates, review applications together, keep candidates in the loop and plan interviews all from one organized app.
- Homerun HR is all about managing that team. This is everything from employee data to absence management.

We’re looking for a
Junior Sales Executive to join our Commercial team and help us turn interest into customers.
You'll work with SMB and mid-market HR teams, sparking interest and uncovering opportunities from the first touchpoint. A big part of your role will be running targeted outbound outreach to our ideal customers — researching, prospecting, and generating a strong pipeline of qualified leads. As a key member of the Commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in fuelling the sales pipeline and booking high-quality discovery calls that set the team up for success.
You don't need to know everything on day one, but you're curious, motivated, and excited to learn how to connect with people, ask the right questions, and identify the right fit.
What you'll be doing
- Working with the marketing team to create and update an ideal customer profile
- Run outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone and others to generate a pool of potential customers
- Qualify inbound leads and prioritise opportunities based on fit and timing together with the sales team
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover how teams hire, where they struggle, and what they're currently using and pass qualified leads to the sales team
- Update the sales team on opportunities, ensuring a smooth and informed handover
- Develop a strong understanding of our typical customer and adjust messaging to sharpen outreach over time
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success to share insights on trends, objections, and common pain points
- Maintain accurate internal system data to ensure pipeline visibility and activity tracking
- Learning and growing from our existing international sales team
Nice to haves
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, or SaaS (roughly 1–2 years is great, but we care more about how you work than years)
- Experience with sales engagement and prospecting tools
- Familiarity with CRM or sales tools (Ideally Hubspot, Intercom, Amplemarket)
- Enjoy working in a startup/scale-up environment
